Paul, BSc. (Agr), M.Sc., MCIWM, the
President of 2cg Inc. has more than 15 years of national and international experience
developing and managing a wide array of waste management projects for private and public
sector clients. He is a specialist and has recognized expertise in the diversion of
organic wastes through composting. As well he has developed expertise in the assessment
of recycling programs, waste auditing, energy management, training and communications.
Paul has been qualified to provide evidence as an expert witness regarding waste
management and waste diversion by the Ontario Municipal Board. |

Mary,B.A. has more than 15 years experience in the solid waste industry and is
recognized as an expert in the areas of solid waste diversion, collection and processing.
Mary has used her extensive hands-on Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) operating
experience to help clients develop integrated waste diversion and collection programs,
assist with the design of MRFs and transfer stations, and develop cost effective
processing operations. |

has used this to develop a clear path for start-up businesses and to help established
businesses grow. She uses these skills to coordinate business development aspects for
2cg's clients. As well she is responsible for 2cg's business development and

Ulrike completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree at the University of
Western Ontario. She has been working at 2cg for over a year. She co-ordinates waste
audits and undertakes research on a variety of waste diversion projects. |
